Use these directions to reach the Janet and Ray Scherr Forum Theatre in the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza at 2100 Thousand Oaks Boulevard, in Thousand Oaks, the site of the Performances for Little Shop of Horrors. Please note, the Civic Arts Plaza charges $8 for self parking. If you are heading North: Take the 101 freeway (toward Ventura). Exit Hampshire Road. Turn right onto Hampshire Road. Turn Left onto Thousand Oaks Blvd. Then turn left onto Dallas Drive/Civic Arts Plaza Drive. Then enter the parking structure. If you are heading South, take the 101 freeway (toward Los Angeles). Exit Rancho Road. Turn left onto Rancho Road. Turn Right onto Thousand Oaks Blvd. Then turn Right onto Dallas Drive/Civic Arts Plaza Drive. Then enter the Parking Structure. When exiting the parking structure, walk to the left of the traffic circle. Go to the elevators near the reflecting pool; take the elevator to the second floor, which is the lobby of the Forum Theatre.
