Hillcrest Center for the Arts FACILITY RESERVATION INFORMATION - FEE & CHARGES REVISED 7/1/2010
Booking Priority is given to Non-Profit Arts Council of the Conejo Valley Member Organization Activities. Please review the categories below to determine which rates apply to your group. Room booking at the Hillcrest Center for the Arts includes use of the room and requested chairs and tables. Groups need to set up and clean up their own activity unless they order exclusive staff assistance. Basic staff assistance costs $16 per hour for the duration of the event (2 hour minimum.) Evening and weekend staff monitoring the facility are available to assist your group with extra chairs, tables, or other needs with out additional charge.
For Non-Profit Arts, Cultural Organization members of the Arts Council of the Conejo Valley ($50.00 Annual Membership Fee Valid for One Year from date of payment) Membership must be current and in good standing. For In-District, Non-ACCV Member Organization Fundraising Activities, Closed Membership Meetings etc. MUST PROVIDE INSURANCE (Click here for Insurance Requirements) Small Rehearsal Room: $19.00 per hour Large Rehearsal Room: $28.50 per hour Theatre: $37.50 per hour Community Theatre Per Performance Rate: $370.00 per performance**		For In-District, Private Individual Use for Parties Weddings etc. MUST PROVIDE INSURANCE (Click here for Insurance Requirements) Small Rehearsal Room: $25.00 per hour Large Rehearsal Room: $38.00 per hour Theatre: $50.00 per hour Community Theatre Per Performance Rate: $555.00 per performance** Facility Staff @ $16.00 per hour - Required Two staff may be required during evening activities.
For In-District Commercial Use Classes, Workshops, Ticketed Events, etc MUST PROVIDE INSURANCE (Click here for Insurance Requirements) Small Rehearsal Room: $25.00 per hour plus up to 25% of Gross Receipts Large Rehearsal Room: $38.00 per hour plus up to 25% of Gross Receipts Theatre: $50.00 per hour plus up to 25% of Gross Receipts Professional Theatre Per Performance Rate: $740.00 per performance plus up to 25% of Gross Receipts** Facility Staff @ $16.00 per hour - Required Two staff may be required during evening activities.		For Out-of-District Commercial Use & Private Parties MUST PROVIDE INSURANCE (Click here for Insurance Requirements) Small Rehearsal Room: $37.50 per hour plus up to 25% of Gross Receipts Large Rehearsal Room: $57.00 per hour plus up to 25% of Gross Receipts Theatre (Non-Performance): $75.00 per hour plus up to 25% of Gross Receipts Professional Theatre Per Performance Rate: $1,110.00 per performance plus up to 25% of Gross Receipts** Facility Staff @ $16.00 per hour - Required Two staff may be required during evening activities.

Other Fees: Application Fee: $10.00 per application. Change Fee: $5.00 per change Refundable Security and Cleaning Deposit: $350.00 ($100 for ACCV Members) Late Exit Fee: In addition to the hourly rental rate $25.00 per each quarter hour late in exiting the facility. Custodian: $16.00 per hour Stage Worker I: $16.00 per hour Stage Worker II: $20.00 per hour Ushers: $16.00 per hour
