Booking Priority is given to Non-Profit Arts Council of the Conejo Valley Member Organization Activities. Please review the categories below to determine which rates apply to your group. Room booking at the Hillcrest Center for the Arts includes use of the room and requested chairs and tables. Groups need to set up and clean up their own activity unless they order exclusive staff assistance. Basic staff assistance costs $15 per hour for the duration of the event (2 hour minimum.) Evening and weekend staff monitoring the facility are available to assist your group with extra chairs, tables, or other needs with out additional charge. For Non-Profit Arts, Cultural Organizations
that are members of the Arts Council of the Conejo Valley ($50.00 Annual
Membership Fee Valid for One Year from date of payment): * All hourly rates include a mandatory $1.00 per hour Insurance Fee Subsidy. For In District, Non-ACCV Member Organization (YMCA Etc)
Fund Raising Activities and Closed Membership Meetings. MUST PROVIDE INSURANCE

In order to reserve space the applicant must complete 4 Reservation Forms (With a 5th, Multi-Date Form Optional.) These forms are are provided below in a PDF format that can be viewed, printed, filled out and then faxed or mailed to our office. Our FAX Number is (805) 370-1341. Our Mailing Address is: Hillcrest Center for the Arts - 403 West Hillcrest Drive - Thousand Oaks, CA 91360. You may also stop by Office or call during business hours to have forms mailed or Faxed to you. We will also accept scanned and emailed forms. Email them to sbuchanan@crpd.org.
