HOURS: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm for walk-up and telephone ticket sales.
                 The Box Office is also open most evenings and weekends and is always open 1 hour prior to a performance.

LOCATION: 403 West Hillcrest Drive, Thousand Oaks, CA
                       We are located above the Oaks Mall right next to the National Park Service Headquarters off of McCloud Drive.

                       The Box Office is located immediately adjacent to the Theatre at the Hillcrest Center for the Arts under the Crystal Chandelier.

 
TICKET POLICIES:

Service Fees

  • The HCFA does not charge services fees.

Ticket Purchase

  • We accept Cash, Checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Checks should be made out to the Arts Council of the Conejo Valley or ACCV*.
     
  • The HCFA does not hold unpaid tickets in Will Call. All tickets must be paid for in order to be reserved.

Ticket Exchanges/Refunds

  • Tickets can be exchanged at no charge subject to availability. We must receive the original tickets in our office at the Hillcrest Center for the Arts at least one business day prior to the performance. Business days are defined as Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
     
  • Refunds for returned tickets are available if we receive the original tickets in our office at the Hillcrest Center for the Arts at least one full business day prior to the performance.
     
  • For tickets turned in at the box office on the day of the event, you may receive a donation credit.
     
  • Ticket returns and exchanges cannot be conducted beginning 1 hour prior to any performance until after the performance has concluded.

Box Office is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday - Friday. The Box Office is closed on legal holidays.

Group Rates:

          The Hillcrest Center for the Arts offers a group discount of 10% on orders of 10 or more tickets placed in a single transaction. Tickets purchased with a group rate are not refundable or exchangeable.

*Please note all cash & check refunds will be made by check. Allow 2 to 3 weeks.
