2009-2010 School Year is BAND PAYMENT PLAN Payment plans are always available and the minimum due is $41.25 at the beginning of each month starting October 1, 2009. To establish a payment plan please click on the following link to download the payment plan agreement. Complete this agreement, attach it to your completed registration form and your first payment (make checks payable to ACCV) and turn it in to your Music Instructor. PAYMENT PLAN AGREEMENT FORM Financial Assistance in the form of partial or full fee waivers are available by clicking the link to download a REQUEST FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FORM. Please complete this form, attach it to your registration form along with any payment that you can make and turn it in to your Music Instructor. each school may vary slightly) Through the Elementary School Chorus Program, The Arts Council of the Conejo Valley strives to help students find their inner voice of music. The Arts Council feels that making music involves complex, higher order neural processes that integrate aural, spatial, logical, linguistic, kinesthetic, and emotional connection.
